Steps to make delicious Shami Kebab:

Chef's tip: For best results, cook as per the steps mentioned above.

  1. Heat 3/4 cup oil in a pressure cooker and saute ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add in chicken and saute well.

  2. Now add soaked chana dal, salt & water: Cover and cook for 5-6 whistles until dal gets mushy. Now add Shahi Riwayat Shami kebab Masala & cook till the water is dried out.

  3. Take everything out on a tray and let it cool completely. Grind it to a fine paste.

  4. Add in chopped onions, adjust salt and mix everything well.

  5. Shape them into Shami Kebab. Beat egg along with salt. Dip them in seasoned egg and shallow fry in hot oil until golden.

  6. Super delicious Shami Kebab are ready to be served.
