Refund policy

Return

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days.

Return Policy Exceptions

The following cases are excluded from our return policy:

  1. Damaged Packaging: No returns will be accepted if the packaging has been physically damaged (e.g., rat bites, visible rips, tears, or exposure to water or dust).
  2. Opened Packaging: We cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  3. Time Limit: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this timeframe.

The product will only be accepted for return if it is in its original, unused condition. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
