Steps to make delicious Lucknowi Nihari:

- Heat 1 cup oil in a pan, add Ginger Garlic paste and sauté well. Add mutton and fry for a minute. Now add 2 glass water and cook for a while, until mutton is almost tender.
- Add 1 packet Shahi Riwayat Lucknowi Nihari Masala and sauté till oil seperates.
- Lower the heat and gradually add dissolved flour in the gravy. Stir occasionally and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Adjust salt
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in another pan and fry chopped onions till golden brown. Add 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Now pour this into the cooked Nihari.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Delicious Lucknowi Nihari is ready to be served
