Steps to make delicious Korma:
Chef's tip: For best results, cook as per the steps mentioned above.
- Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and salt for 45 mins.
- Make golden brishta of onions, cool it and grind to a paste. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute chicken.
- Add curd mixed with Shahi Riwayat Korma Masala and cook on low heat until oil seperates. Adjust salt.
- Add in ground brishta and cook everything well for couple of minutes. Add in cream to finish.
- Super delicious Korma is ready to be served.
