Steps to make delicious Korma:

Chef's tip: For best results, cook as per the steps mentioned above.

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and salt for 45 mins.

  2. Make golden brishta of onions, cool it and grind to a paste. Keep aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute chicken.

  4. Add curd mixed with Shahi Riwayat Korma Masala and cook on low heat until oil seperates. Adjust salt.

  5. Add in ground brishta and cook everything well for couple of minutes. Add in cream to finish.

  6. Super delicious Korma is ready to be served.
